Welcome
March 18th, 2007Thanks for stopping by. We have just finished a successful launch of our Leadership for Women programs. Our first program was on Leadership which we held in November and February we held our second program on Stress and Balance.
March 8th was International Women’s Day and we delivered our signature Achieve the Balance workshop for a great group of military and civilian women at CFB Borden. It was a pleasure working with these wonderful women and a very successful half day workshop. We utilized the StressMap as the assessment tool and the women created a self-directed action plan for change. We also developed a follow-up piece that they receive in the mail. This gives them a little check in to see how they are doing. We had a lot of laughs and learned some great tips and techniques on stress management. 89% of the participants rated the workshop as excellent.
